Ritz-Carlton’s signature restaurant offers classical Cantonese delicacies and fine aromatic tea selections from the highlands of China.

Enter the restaurant’s moon gate entrance and be led into a refined interior furnished with soft fabrics, leather and gold accents. Surrounding the restaurant is a tranquil garden, which combines with the waterfall to create an elegant backdrop for dining.

This all-day dining restaurant showcases international favourites, local flavours and delightful seafood dishes with its buffet or à la carte menu. The airy and glass panelled interior of the restaurant is also the ideal place to savour the award-winning Vintage Sunday Champagne Brunch.
