All members of staff are excellent and cannot do enough to help. The Hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Central Train Station and is also only 2 minutes walk from the Main Shopping street. The Room was excellent (Superior Junior Suite) and it came with its own private balcony, which overlooked the city and although there are buildings opposite the room was very private and nobody could look into it. Although located between the main shopping street and the Main Road (Kungsholm) it is exceptionally quiet and only with the balcony door open could you hear any traffic.. Read review
