This hotel looks very nice and fresh when viewing pictures of it but it's not. Sure, some stuff is brand new and all room's got some nice wallpaper on one of the walls but the mix with the old stuff (bathroom, doors, some furniture, etc) makes it feel cheap and a bit strange.
Most of the rooms (all?) have a view of either an inner court (containing about 15 buzzing air conditioners) or the street with Malmö's ugliest building. Despite the air conditioners, our room was hot like a sauna (I guess they use them for the lobby and the restaurant only).
Only one elevator was in use during our stay and the other one broke down one of the days. Also, the toilet wasn't cleaned properly which for me is a big no-no.
The only reason for staying here is the location (but there are other, better alteratives if that's your major concern). If you still wanna stay here, make sure to get a room on the top floors (4-6).

This hotel really left me blank. Its location is great, just minutes from the central station. The staff is friendly but not overtly warm. We visited for two nights during a renovation.
Our room was clean and neat with the kind of nordic design interior that is so very popular nowadays. Our window opened up towards a noisy alley but that didnt bother us much.
The breakfast was nice but nothing extraordinary.
The thing is that nothing surprised me. Everything was at the expected quality, from room to staff to breakfast. Nothing was worse than expected but nothing surpassed it either. For this price and rating its a decent average hotel but nothing more. I can´t say stay away, but can´t recommend either. Its a copy-paste hotel.
