was realy looking forward to this place. we were stopping in the bunglow and one of the reasons for doing so was that it had a washer dryer and was roughly in the middle of our 3 week trip. the plan was to wash some clothes here and dry them. assured when booking that dryer instructions were straight forward. they weren't and in fact it seemed not to be working.we did leave a message for the staff but got no response. on the positive side, gorgeous big bed and nicely decrated rooms. a good folder with local info in it was useful. parking was very difficult and in fact we were blocked in by what we think were neighbours cars at one point. the other main things that were not too god were to be fair not the hotels fault. the location itself is fine but if you want to make the short walk to the kodak theatre etc, i would not do so. did not feel comfortable or safe. on our first night the neighbours woke us up at about 4am. they seemed to be having a party in the back yard which seemed to be right outside our window. sorry to say i would not stay here again. lots of good things, eg the bottle of wine, bread and cheese left for your arrival, the decor and the information provided. however the bad things unfortunately out weigh the good

Let's start off with one word - WOW!! This was the best experience we have ever had when staying out of town. We arrived a bit early and the staff was very accomodating and allowed us to go to the suite early. We stayed in the Parisian Suite and when we walked in, we were in awe. It is absoultely beautiful and very spacious. It is basically an apartment with all of the amenities. The kitchen had all appliances and utensils and the bathroom had shampoo, etc. We had my 15 year old nephew and his friend with us and they both said it was the best "hotel" that they have ever stayed at. The beds were extremely compfortable and we have even asked where to get the sheets because we loved them so much. The weekend we were there was very hot - averaging 100 degrees! The AC was not very strong, but with all of the windows open, it was perfect. Do not be alarmed by the neighborhood - it is not as nice as the Villa Delle Stelle, but we felt very safe in our Suite. We recommend this place 100% and will be back!
