recently stayed here while attending an event out at the expo. the trip was for business and the hotel, staff and amenities were all perfectly designed. got the carlton club level room which for the extra price was well worth it. the club lounge on the top floor was excellent value. great breakfast and great for end of the day beverage and snack. well worth the extra price. some pressing and dry cleaning service was also included which made the club room deal even better. staff were great all round - they remembered my name and favourite food or drink within a couple days. great service and great value - will stay here again next year with pleasure.
