We stay at Horta da Moura for our weeding anniversary and it was our first time there.It is a nice place, however, must improve: the room was not properly clean, (they went to clean the room while we were dinning ), the breakfast is below average ( tables not ready and don't hace tipical Alentejo products, like cheese) and the hotel as a evident lack of staff.

This is a great spot from which to discover the gastronomy and alentejo's landscapes. The location is beautiful, at the slope of the castle of Monsaraz, people are very friendly at the hotel and I specially enjoyed the horse drawn carriage ride.
