We arrived pretty early in the morning off the overnight Lusitania train from Madrid and the gentleman at the desk made us reasonably comfortable while we waited for a room to become available (we had of course made a booking, which he confirmed).
Within an hour, we were settled in our room (large-ish, twin beds, good bathroom, clean) showered and had plenty of time for a day's sightseeing.
This hotel is very good value and the location is not bad. It is possible to walk into town (mostly downhill), but in any case Parque Metro station is literally across the road.
The breakfast I would say is good for a budget hotel - the usual rolls, butter, spreads and coffee, plus cold meats, cereal, yoghurts and cheese if you want. Plenty of everything. You can order "extras" such as eggs at a charge if you want something more substantial.
TV in the room has a couple of English-speaking channels (BBC etc.) if you're keen to keep up with the news.
We would certainly choose to stay here again for our next visit to Lisbon

Sencillo.
