The room was totally different from website's pictures ones. The room at first floor was very dark, with very small bathroom; not all the areas are clean; the interior design items are old; the price is not aligned, according to rating of Lisbon, to the quality offered. The receptionist sometimes could give you the key of another room....

Nice hotel, clean and newly refurbished spacious room with AC, flatscreen TV and minibar. We were very disapointed about the breakfast. During the whole stay the breakfast standard was very poor. Some dry slices of toast with cheese and no milk or juice what was we were offered. Next to nothing left on the buffet at half past nine in the morning (closes at 10). Sleepy incompetent breakfastpersonnel and extremely hot room (30degrees cel.)

ENGLISH I have booked 2 rooms, one of them had a very disgusting smell. The don`t want to change us the room invoking that with the AACC was enough to to eliminate the smell. I have to be hard with the employees to obtain a new room. They told me there were no aviability but al last "magically" a new room was aviable. Inside the rooms there were a lots of insects (scientific name: Forticula auricularia )(including the beds) SO DISGUSTING!!! Also one of the room has got many problems with the tub of the bathroom. This problems was solve d the last day. ESPAÑOL Reservé dos habitaciones para 4 personas cada una, una de ellas nos la dieron con un olor nauseabundo, y quisieron que nos la quedaramos indicando que con el aire acondicionado conectado toda la noche no se iba a notar. Tras insistir mucho y a pesar de que nos decían que no tenian habitaciones disponibles, nos dieron una nueva algo mas pequeña pero suficiente. En ambas habitaciones encontramos insectos por el suelo y hasta por la cama (los famosos cortapichas o tijeretas)(ASQUEROSO) esto solo fue un día por lo que decidi no avisarlo, ya había tenido suficente con la disputa por los malos olores. La habitación que nos dieron nueva, tenía problemas con la bañera, se salía el agua y era imposible ducharse. No lo resolverion hasta el último día, a última hora, antes de irnos. Cuando pedí la factura, vi que me cobraban de menos, y pensé que sería por las molestias pero al ir a pagar me indicaron que se habían equivocado y me cobraron todo. Al no saber portugues yo, ni ellos español, me rendí y no quise discutir. El hotel NO ES NADA RECOMENDABLE. Mencion aparte merece que no tengan sistema anti incendios, extintores caducados...
