This was our first visit to Lisbon & we were pleased with our choice of hotel, which is in a quiet area well away from the centre but near good public transport links - however we walked everywhere or used taxis on occasion (6 -10 euros) "Official" website maps are inaccurate (check Tripadvisor comments for accurate way to locate hotel.) Room was quiet & very comfortably furnished with effective air conditioning. Staff were efficient & friendly. Buffet breakfast offered a range of hot & cold food (but coffee not too good). We had dinner at the hotel once & it was good value & well served. Paul at Reception recommended a couple of up-market restaurants in Lisbon where we enjoyed the ambiance & the quality of food. The Gulbenkian Museum & Art Gallery is within walking distance of the hotel & well worth a visit.

close walking distance to shopping areas and the metro as well to business complexes. the price was prety low as what to expect for such a location. accomodation is nice but not perfect. but therefore it has a great price which is really worth it. connecting to the hotspot was a bit of a problem (I didn't manage to...), but I haven't ask for any help either. so no one can really be blamed on. that.

Hotel front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice rooms. Location is close to Metro station. No concierge but the front desk was helpful in giving dining tips, directions, etc.

Excellent service from a terrific front desk staff who spoke flawless English and bent over backwards to give us insider tips, make reservations for us, etc. Particularly (manager?) Paulo was a gem. On the whole, this is a cute, well-designed hotel at a great price. The decor is fun and stylish, but not expensive-grade. Standard rooms are the normal small euro size, but nice. Good bathrooms and other amenities. Very new. The location is just off the Metro, in a surprisingly nice neighborhood that has cafes, restaurants, a couple malls, car-rental, and more. We were in Baixa in a few minutes by Metro, and most cab rides were under 5 Euro. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and an incredible deal. Normally we like to be right in the middle of it all, but given how accessible everything was, save your money by staying at the Zenit and spend it on taxis and great restaurants...

Decent room sullied by a concierge that couldn't be bothered.

We were on the top floor and the view was beautiful however the room was tiny. We were in the lowest price range for the room and the room itself was ok and was what you'd expect from a hotel, but our main gripe was with the desk staff that when we discovered our ultra thin pillows and asked for some more pillows, The person on reception told us that that the head of house keeping had left and that he was unable to supply us with any more. With 24 hour reception and a vast pillow menu in the room telling us about the vast array of pillows available to look in our cupboard for them we thought this was fairly ironic and dubious. The location was excellent and next to the metro and shops and only a 10 Euro taxi ride to the airport in the early morning.
