This may be the best city hotel I ever stayed at. For the price it really was incredible. We had a nice view form the good sized room. The rooftop terrace was absolutely awesome, great bar. The pool was an oasis-felt like you were at a resort--a great place to relax after a hot day of sightseeing. The breakfast was great, the staff nice. It's on the Champs Elysee of Lisboa but lots of restaurants were ten or fifteen minutes away by foot.

Great hotel with a perfect location. Near shops and restaurants. The hotel also has a great restaurant. Friendly, competant staff. Rooms very nice. You can walk to many locations in the city from their central location. Taxi and buses right outside the door. Highly recommended.

I thought this hotel was as good as any 4 star I have stayed in. Location is excellent ...maybe a 8 to 10 min walk to the very heart of town. I paid only E118 for each of 4 nights in April 2009. Don't confuse this hotel with the adjacent Tivoli..there is no comparison. Guys, women will be very happy with your choice given the upscale feel and cleanliness ! I avoided breakfast in the hotel which was overpriced...as are most hotel breakfasts. Rooms are comfortable and quiet and the front-door staff were very helpful in directing me to good dinner spots and a fado session ( expensive but unique). Would recommend hotel highly

Just got back from Lison a couple of days ago and stayed at the Tivoli Lisboa. There is still some renovation work going on in the Lobby. Our room was a nice size, but furnishing is a bit tired looking and need to be up dated. The breakfast buffet was nice, especially the one day they moved it up to the penthouse restaurant; it had a great view of the city. However, this was only for one day because of allof the work being done in the lobby. We didn't get a change to use the pool; we were too busy. The fitness center was temporarly located in room 108 with only a few free weights and one treadmill and bike. Initially, our key wouldn't ope the door to the gym and we had to go down to the front desk twice and still our key didn't work. Finally, they opened the door for us and just left it open. Overall, the lobby area is looking great and the location you can't beat, but they still need to work on the rooms.
