Was transferred to this hotel from another Sana Group hotel which was overbooked. It was quite worthwhile an upgrade. Hotel was catered more for conventions and groups (which bus the group around) as the hotel is out-of-the-way. The nearest Metro is not conveniently located, although there is a bus service to Rossio. Taxi is the most convenient way, and only way when there is no bus service. Otherwise our twin sharing room was spacious enough and bathroom was biggish. Our room overlooked the front of the hotel and was pretty quiet. Housekeeping was competent and responded easily to request for extra pillows. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Perfect for city sightseeing

Stayed at this hotel from 9th to 13 July 2008 with my husband and two friends, and we all agree that this is a fantastic hotel. It is perfectly located for sightseeing, the hop on-hop off tour bus is virtually outside the front door, turn the corner and you are straight onto the main avenue, the metro is 5 minutes walk away and is easy to use. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very modern, rooms are spacious and well furnished and the bathroom is once again spotlessly clean with fresh towels each day and toiletries replaced regularly. The buffet breakfast is excellent with every taste catered for. The only down is that the bar prices are a little on the expensive side, but with so many bars, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep this was not a problem for us. I would recommend anyone visiting Lisbon to consider booking this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

5 star hotel service in 4 star Hotel

Excelent Hotel and 5 Star service, staff very friendly and helpfull. Very good cleaness, good mainteness, everything looks new!! The restaurant has an excelent price/quality, the food is very good and the service as well. I realy enjoy my 3 nights stay at this hotel. I'LL BE BACK!!!
