Staff very polite, nice rooms.

The parking garage good you drive a Fiat 500 - very tight - not good you're rushing to the airport and short breakfast time.

The good location, or about 10-15 minutes walk into Chiado / Old Town.

Hotel is a a bit tired, the underground parking is difficult to use and can be noisy especially your room is next to the stairs. Breakfast is very very poor.
