This is the hotel to stay in if you travel to Warsaw! The staff here is so friendly and helpfull, you just feel like you're the most important person in the world. Really, they are amazing. The facilities are above average, but not the best. But you relly don't spend so much time there; if you're not in the room, you're out exploring the amazing city life in Warsaw. The location of the hotel could not be better, with just minutes walk from the Old Town and other great facalities. The breakfast is very good, you get the perfect start to the day here!

Fabulous Breakfast Buffet and excellent location

We stayed at the Victoria for three nights in mid-June and found it to be an excellent experience all around. The staff was efficient and courteous and the rooms were well kept. The location is convenient: a ten minute walk to Old Town and a short taxi ride from the Central Station and business district. We had a minor water leakage in the bidet which we reported on our way to dinner Saturday and it was fixed by the time we returned, even though it was a Saturday night. Of particular note is the wonderful breakfast buffet which was included in our room price. Whatever your nationality you are almost certain to find dishes to satisfy you. Selections include sushi, meats, cheeses, cereals, juices, fresh fruit and, of course, breads and pastries. We would stay at the Victoria again without hesitation. It is reasonably priced for a five star hotel and the breakfast would be difficult to equal anywehre else.

I have spent few days in Sofitel Warsaw. Nice place to stay, confortable rooms, nice location, nice breakfast and nice staff. Good for both business and sightseeing due to its nice location, not far from the old quarter and its terraces.
