Located in a good location, brilliant hotel and staff really nice everythin g works. Also g) Rooms are excellent, sauna are all really amazing and the buffet breakfast is fantastic. Facilities are great.

Great location - Wonderful Steak Restaurant, all in all a brilliant hotel and staff extrmely polite and helpful. Bathroom very nice and food excellent. Choice of sparkling and kraków gives a better idea of the Polish jewels.

View from room was impressive and the whole hotel was spotless. Additionally staff were very friendly, after talking to concierge he let me use for free was good and the bathroom was spacious. Food was fantastic.

Luxury room in the heart ofthe city, great facilities throughout the hotel and staff were at all times attentive. The bathroom was spotless, food was of a high standard at reasonable cost.
