after hours key pick is a pain for this unit on weekends and access on summer weekends with the address NOWY SWAIT a no vehicle area, being a major entertainment area of Warsaw, but if you are not travelling by car no big deal. this is a fantastic family unit, the best place in Warsaw to stay, close to everything, plenty of room, a real classy unit, we will return for a week, not a night.

We stayed here as a family of three adults and three kids (5, 3 and 18 months). We stayed in a two bed apartment with an extra bed in the very large living room There was alao a sofa bed but we didn't need that. The apartment itself was in a perfect location within easy walking distance from everything on a very stylish street. The apartment was perfectly clean and was perfectly roomy for all of us. There were loads of towels and bed linen and the kitch in the apartment is very well stocked with pots and pans, cutlery and dishes. There was a washing machine, microwave, cooker and a fridge. There was a small toilet but also a large separate ensuite bathroom both of which were modern and clean. We were delighted with our stay and would heartily recommend it. There were only two small issues 1. there is no lift access and all apartments seem to be upstairs. This wasn't an issue for us as all our kids are mobile; and 2. the second (very small)bedroom could only be accessed through the first bedroom. Again with kids this wasn't an issue for us but it might be for others. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Mientras viajé a Polonia de negocios tuve el placer de pasar cuatro días en uno de los apartamentos Royal Route. La ubicación excepcional esta en la “real” Varsovia, con todo lo que precisas a unos veinte minutos a pie. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado, con una gran cocina funcional que incluía lavadora y secadora y un baño reluciente. Yo recomendaría este punto para el viajero semi-independiente que consiga sentirse cómodo en una situación no hotelera.

Ubicación, calidad y precio fantásticos

Estos apartamentos están ubicados en el centro de la ciudad en Nowy Switat – una ubicación excelente, con muchos restaurantes y destinos turísticos cerca. El apartamento en sí era agradable. Estaba limpio, era amplio, tenía una cocina, lavadora, secadora, televisor, DVD, etc. El precio fue de alrededor de € 105 por noche por un apartamento de dos dormitorios, lo que comparado con cualquier hotel u otra opción que encontré en Varsovia es una relación calidad-precio increíble. Definitivamente me hospedaré aquí nuevamente.
