I have just returned from a weekend break and really enjoyed my stay. We had a Starwood Preferred Guest room which was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. I had expected more from the breakfast , the staff were young and lacked initiative so if I needed anything I had to get it myself. However I would recommend the hotel .A big plus also was that there was a great band playing in the bar while we were there.

Honestly – I didn’t like it. This is one of the most expensive business hotels in Warsaw, but when compared to Intercontinental or Marriott, it doesn’t seems to be even for a cent better, so definitely would not be my choice for the next time. Stayed for 3 nights in the Standard room. Room is very basic & really standard, with some old-time (outdated?) gold-like trimmings to make a plush and “luxury” appearance (used to be Sheraton style classic?). Of course, that’s kind of personal preferences, but I would appreciate more modern and design oriented interior. But this one was real old fashion. Bed is fine though, and no complaints. An overall feel about the room – that asks for renovation & refurbishing... Bathroom is very small (unfortunately, full-marble and connected music doesn’t helps to make it bigger...), no separate shower, no slippers, no bathrobe. Amenities were also so-so, just an average and you would find similar in any of the 4* hotels. A good touch on this negative background – 2 bottles of still water (free). Breakfast wasn’t included in my rate, so went for room service instead. The service itself was nice and effective, but selection and quality of food was not up to the level – very limited choice (with way too impressive prices, though) and taste… say taste was too neutral to get feel of that at all. Again – I’m comparing this hotel within the same league – Intercontinental (true gem!) and Marriott (not bad too). Otherwise that’s a good hotel, but rather 4* which pretends to be 5 Star, though missing a lot of things – real luxury and attention to small details, better quality of amenities and interior, and finally there are no pool as well. Location is average, in my opinion – it’s not as close to a many business offices (as Hyatt), and not that centrally convenient as others (Intercontinental, Marriott, Radisson, Westin, etc). Staff seems to be fine (but queue at the reception every morning.). Good taxi service from the hotel. Having so excellent choice of hotels in Warsaw, my suggestion would be to go for something else, but not this one.
