The Westin Warsaw - Warsaw, Poland 

"Very nice hotel; decent location"

We spent two nights at the Westin Warsaw as part of a tour in July 2005. It was the best hotel of the seven on that trip. This hotel is fairly new - they told us at the desk they'd been open about two years. The rooms and common areas are contemporary and very clean. Our room was not all that large, but it was extremely comfortable and nicely furnished. The beds were, indeed, 'heavenly' and comfortable, with nice linens. The marble bath had a separate tub and shower and nice amenities. The breakfast buffet included with our room was very substantial. Service was very efficient and pleasant. There are other hotels that are closer to the main sghts of Warsaw, but I did not mind the 15-minute walk to Old Town or the Royal Way at all. We found cabs to be plentiful and inexpensive when we needed them.

The hotel is at some distance away from the center, but a walking distance. Very competent staff.

This hotel had a very friendly front desk staff that went out of their way to help us find things and suggest ways to get around the city. Beds were really comfortable and they also had a really good breakfast buffet each morning. I would stay here again.

Having a Platinum Card of Starwood I normally get a suite upgrade, free breakfast, free lounge access etc. At the Westin - which belongs to Starwood - I got nothing at all, even for the internet I had to pay (even I was told that it's free). The view from the (very small) room a nice. Just an average stay.

this hotel has great staff!!! the reception staff are very friendly. Concierges and cleaners do their job properly. Bar staff - excellent and with great sense of humour. the atmosphere in the hotel - very nice, quiet. Rooms were just fantastic - try their Westin shower :o) I like the lift with the view over the city.
