Great place with lots of space in the middle of it all

In a town where hit-or-miss is the name of the game, this great residential apartment-style location is a place you can trust. I was looking for a nice room, but this was more like a suite or apartment, so much the better. Had a living room, satellite TV, a kitchen, including washing machine if you are on a long trip, and plenty of space. A treat, frankly, in terms of quality in Eastern Europe (without going haywire on costs). Best of all, it is in the heart of the city and centrally located to bars, restaurants and sites. It's not a true luxury, world class place; however, thus my 4 instead of a 5. There are nicer resorts in the world, and perhaps even in Warsaw, but probably not for the rates here. I'm just a harsh reviewer, thus the 4...the place is totally nice and will satisfy even a picky visitor, I predict.

(En espa?ol al final del mensaje) Great hotel, located in the very heart of the city. Spacious and clean. We were in a flat with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a big bathroom, with shower and bath. The recepcionist is a lovely girl, and the bar was small, but cosy. Gran hotel, m?s c?ntrico imposible. Grande y espacioso. Nosotros estuvimos en un apartamento con dos habitaciones, sal?n, cocina y amplico ba?o, con ducha y ba?era. La recepcionista es encantadora, y el bar era peque?o, pero muy acogedor.

We weren't too sure about St. Andrews; we had difficulty booking through the Ryan Air Hotels website and a good deal of trouble getting in touch with the front desk. The reason for this is that St. Andrews isn't really a hotel-- it's a fully furnished apartment that you can use as a hotel. And it's amazing. Our "room" had: -A kitchen: with all necessary utensils, an oven, dish washer, and washing machine -A dining room: complete with artwork on the walls and china in the bureau -A full-size living room: with two couches, cable, TV, VCR, DVD-player, and high-speed internet connection -A master bedroom with king-size bed -A second bedroom with two twins -A bathroom with a tub AND shower Seriously, I think this place is larger than my apartment. Furthermore, it's clean, well-maintained, and, I think, quite new. Even the location, a couple blocks back from the Palace of Culture, is perfect. Here's to a great stay in Warsaw that I wish could've lasted longer!
