The hotel's location was excellent, again staff in both were very helpful and the service from the concierge was fantastic as he took our bags to our room for us. Breakfast was very good.

Clean and located in the Jewish area of Krakow, nice hotel. The staff were friendly and the receptionists were great. Our room was spacious, breakfast was good.
