- And the taxis were cheap and the tram was so close. We did a couple of organised trips and the bus picked up at other hotels. Ok the room wasn't massive, but we were in Krakow to see Krakow, NOT the hotel room. As for the TV, other people have commented that there were only two English channels. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, the room service and mini bar were not overpriced, although we didn't use them. The pool was lovely, and I had it to myself for a while.. Read review

- ROC_Belfast - The hotel is just next to the Vistula (river) to the south of the city centre and literally just round the corner from a tram stop and bus stops. The centre is just a few stops on the tram from the hotel, which is ideal. The rooms we had were clean, modern and spacious - the bathrooms very nicely done. The staff were very helpful and we wanted to take them home with us! The hotel restaurant breakfasts were buffet style wih a huge choice. We used the restaurants for evening meals - they serve up to midnight and the quality is high with very reasonable prices. Although we didn't use them - there is a swimming pool on the top floor and a fitness gym on the 6th floor which we gather are good too.. Read review

- ChrisMancs - Immaculately clean (new hotel), best breakfast buffet of all time with cooked food (eggs, sausages, bacon), cold salads, salmon, fresh fruit, fresh fruit salad, cereal, musli, pain au chocolate, cake, more fruit. And air conditioning where most of Krakow doesn't have it (restaurants) and a superb pool on the rooftop plus friendly staff and located close to the tram (or walkable if it isn't 30 degrees plus..
