We booked 3 nights at this hotel before moving onto Slovakia. I really wish we could have stayed at this hotel for the entire holiday! It was fabulous. The staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel has lovely decoration and charactor throughout. We were upgraded to a suite which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a jacuzzi bath! I really cannot think why we were upgraded, but what a lovely surprise which really enhanced our stay here. The Rynak Glowy (the old square area) is only 200metres away. Most of the chain hotels (eg Sheraton, Novotel) are miles away from the Rynak. Around the Rynak are some lovely cafes and bars. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are visiting Krakow, then please stay at this hotel. It is amazing!

Very nice boutique hotel, smallish hotel but this in no way affected the service we received. Very clean and comfortable, decorated in sympathetic way to the exterior of the building. Good choice of breakfast foods, the usual continental stuff but also a menu where you could chose hot food freshly cooked which was included in the price of breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to main square and approximately 7 minutes walk to train and bus station. Close enough to amenities but not too close to be noisy.
