3Almost couldn't find it when we arrived, since it is located on the upper floors of a building and doesn't look like a hotel from the street. Which it isn't really - more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel.
Entrance is gained from a buzzer on the street door, though they do give you a front door key for your stay. Facilities are fairly basic, though the rooms are a very high standard - large, clean, good bathroom, and well serviced.
Breakfast is also quite basic - continental style, with a boarding house feel to the dining room.
Staff were very helpful, and the location is very good - just on the edge of the old town, and also walking distance from the train station, which was quite an advantage for us.
Prices for hotels in Krakow are moving up all the time, and the Kosmopolita is still good value if you just want a decent play to stay for a weekend or a couple of days.
