We requested and had a no-smoking room but as soon as we opened the door the corridor smelled of smoke. This was the only negative comment that we can give on this hotel. Location was fantastic. Currency exchange at the hotel was very favourable. We did not have breakfast at hotel (that was not included in the price). The hotel is close to the train station. If you exit the correct door at the train station you can easily walk to the hotel. Free coffee in the room. Staff was very professional and very friendly.

My husband and i stayed i this hotel last August it was very clean, the room we had was amazing and the location could not have been better. Will definately be back here!

Lovely hotel in the heart of old town Krakow. The beds and pillows were wonderful! Very comfortable and cozy. Within walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants and scenic areas. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The hotel is in a nice area, close from the centre but not too much, it allows you to go walking (5 min.), rooms and breakfast are clean and well prepared!<br>I loved the shampoo and soaps from Dove and the chocolat in the room!

A great hotel, very central. The staff where really friendly and went out of their way to help us when we needed to know the train time table - going onto the internet for us and leaving a print out in our room. The breakfast was brillant and was available quite late, allowing a lay in. I would always stay here on any revisits.
