We originally booked to stay in a more central hotel via a polish hotel booking agency but due to availability we were offered the Sympozjum which was on a special offer (?150.00 for 5 nights as i remember). After various searchs on the net as to the location and quality of hotel we were quite happy.Onarrival we were shown to one of thebiggest hotel rooms we have stayed in - very clean /modern and well maintained. The hotel staffare very friendly and helpful. as the previous person says it is away from the town centre but taxis are cheap and plentiful and one was always there in 2 minutes after the reception requested one Even though there is the Tesco across the road we found it quite useful and purchased various items(in 'bulk')at prices 50% cheaper than the UK - the wife has enough nivea cream to last 12 months! Even though it is not central we would have no hesitation in staying there again if the price was right as even adding the cost of the taxis it was still cheaper han a central hotel Krakow is a great place to visit and would recommend it to anyone for a short break- we both agreed it was the best city break we have been on and very cheap

Very comfortable, clean hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. Cannot comment on the other meals but the price of alcohol was astronomical - we only had one nightcap at the bar and decided to put it down to experience. It is not in a pretty area so walking to the town centre did not appeal but taxis were cheap. Also the hotel was very quiet even though it was close to a busy road and various building work was going on in the area. Excellent value for money on a bed and breakfast basis.

We had a great time at this hotel. The service was really good: everyone spoke excellent English and went out of their way to help. The tram stop is 100 metres away so you can be in the city centre in 10 minutes. Great breakfast and tesco's is across the road!!!
