Ok I have just got back from the a Stay in Krakow and the Hotel System premium. The Hotel is located out of town about three miles or there abouts, the Hotel is on the main road in to town so if you have a room next to the road it is very noisy! There is no Air con in the hotel so when its warm, I found it way to noisy to have the windows open, the trucks zoom past the hotel and wake you up. There are only very thin curtains so no real chance to stay in bed if you wanted to The rooms are basic but clean and there is an LCD TV in everyone which also has a PC terminal on the AV source. Sadly the hotel could not fix the issue with the terminal in my room and the entire stay even though I asked each day the staff just did not seem interested in getting this fixed. Although on the last night they did offer to swap rooms for me! The shower is supperb in the rooms and there was plenty of hotwater. Anyone considering booking this hotel should ask for a room at the rear at least it should be quieter Getting in to town was either a walk in, bus or Taxi. The bus is cheapest and a taxi costs about 20 Zlotys

Visited this hotel in June 07 whilst on a visit to Krakow - taking in a trip to Auschwitz. Fab hotel and facilities especially the free broadband internet access in the room. The weather was extremely hot for our visit so a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool would have been a distinct advantage. The only down side to the hotel if you can really call it a down side is the location - a good 45/60 mts walk to the centre of Krakow but after saying that, on a really nice day it is a very nice walk.
