It's been awhile since I've been to a hotel with staff that works so hard and is so genuinely friendly. My room was very clean and obviously maintained to a high standard. The hall leading to my room was just as clean. The restaurant prepared a wonderful breakfast of a wide variety of items. I hightly recommend this place considering the price and all the amenaties one is treated to by the hotel.. Read review

This hotel is a great base to stay, the staff are pleasant and friendly. The rooms are cosy, there is a buffet breakfast that caters to every need. Tram tickets can be bought from the hotel also, and the market is only 2 stops on the tram away from the hotel.. Read review

Easy into town via tram and perfect location for day4 trips. In addition the hotel was clean and the staff were great. The food was good.
The location was good, the decor was bright and cheerful, i found the staff helpful. Rooms were very clean and provided an excellent breakfast. Fortunately the only receptionist we felt comfortable was behind the counter.
The helpful nature of the taxi driver, very good location for a variety of trams and they were prepared to book me in on a no need to stay/no pay basis. The staff were friendly and rooms were very clean.
