3.3First of all, the hotel building is difficult to find! Or, more precisely, the narrow and bent access road is difficult to find. It's a large light building with an "Hotel" sign on top, look for it to locate the hotel between other district buildings. There is a small free parking beside the hotel (a few places).
On Venere they say "All of the accommodations are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning". Probably to remark that, they set my room conditioner at ice-cold level! When I arrived my room was so cold that not only I had to switch off the air conditioning (which I found difficult to regulate), but I was forced to let hot water flow in bathroom shower for some minutes, just to warm up the room!
Rooms are just good, breakfast is just decent end staff is just friendly enough.
The hotel is not far from city center if you have a car (less than 10 minutes).
Do I recommend Hotel Panorama? All in all, yes, even if I expected a better price/service ratio.
