Booked on line, got a discount, communication superb-staff very helpful and friendly. This well based hotel was a delight for a 2 star, we are generally hard to please as we like 5 star treatment - so this was a gem of a find. The hotel had everything you could want, except a lift (not a problem even for 2 seventy year olds !). It appears to have undergone a refurb as it was not tired at all, unusual for city hotels. Location is 5 minites from the main rail station and a further 5 for the heart of the city. All in all, a great find. We would have no hesitation to recommend - you can't get better than that!

We arrived at the Hotel @ 11.00pm, following an E mail contact the Hotel sent their Taxi to pick us all up from the airport. Joeseph charged 100 Zolt, he was a very nice guy and always worked from the Hotel. We checked in to our superior rooms on the second floor, my god I have never seen rooms so large. Our friends had a little balcony out side, my room was also very spacious.Bath rooms were very clean and looked brand new. It was very quite and we had no problem with noise. Brakefast had all the breads and cold meats one would expect, but if you fancy a fried egg or scrambled they are very happy to do them for you. A ten minute walk had us in the main square, beer 2 gbp per half litre. lot of nice bars around the square. We had a trip with Joeseph to the prison camps 1 hour from the hotel, he waited for us for the return trip. The Hotel staff were very nice and helpful they looked after our bags the full day following check out, and Joeseph took us back to the air port. A tip, it is better to change sterling in Kracow. Yes we would go back to the hotel any time and would recommend. John& Marie Jim & Sue
