I Stayed in this hotel with my partner in 2006, the location is fantastic the hotel is great although we were on the top floor which was a bonus because we had a balcony and a view to die for but the downside was the rooms had not been updated on the top floors so it was in need of a little TLC but all in all it was a fantastic hotel and the price we paid it was worth every penny. Would book again for sure.

Stayed at this hotel recently for 7 nights. Check-in was quick and efficient as was checking out and when we had a problem with our room key card it was resolved without any fuss. The hotel is obviously geared up for business use and the lobby always seemed busy with people coming and going but plenty of reception staff always on hand. There is an area with four PC's with internet access for guests to use. The room was of a good size, clean, very comfortable and had air-conditioning. Bathroom was clean with a really good shower and plenty of hot water and towels were replaced every day even when not left on the floor/bath. During the week the room was serviced promptly and had always been done by the time we got back which was usually about 4pm, however on weekends the room was not serviced so promptly and when we went back at around 4.30pm had not been done. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, constantly replenished and as much as you could eat. Overall this is a fantastic hotel in a great location for all city attractions and public transport. Our only concern is the size of the left luggage room which was already packed with suitcases and we had a job getting our cases in and out. There are extensive road/tram works going on near the hotel however with the windows closed we never heard a thing but we were on the seventh floor.
