Hotel Mavino is basically a nice 3* hotel with nicely decorated rooms. We paid extra for a balcony over the lake which I am glad that we did. It's worth stressing that it's nothing more special than a pleasant 3* hotel in a good location. My one complaint is that the soundproofing is really bad. We were in a room next to a a couple with a young baby so this wasn't exactly ideal! If I returned I'd also consider paying the extra to stay somewhere with a pool. I'm not really a 'sitting by the pool' type person by it was so hot that it would have been nice to have that as an option.
