Cerna Bouda - Janske Lazne, Czech Republic 

Hotel Cerna Bouda is normal a skihotel during wintertime, and in the summetime it is a perfect place to stay for hikers in the Krkonose Mountains. We are a family of 5 (two adults and three children at the age 3,6 and 10 years old), and I must say, that we have been very satisfied with our stay so far. The hotel is situated on a mountaintop in the nationalpark, so you have to call in you licensplatenumber before arrival, if you wanna bring your car all the way to the top. But if you leave your car in Janske Lazne, you can take the skilift all the way up, and it should be free of charge if you contact the hotel first (I'm not quite sure about this, but check at the hotel) The hotel is very good situated with a great view, and you can sit on the terasse and enjoy a cold beer, while you see a lot of sweaty hikers walking by. We got a very good offer on the stay through their homepage, so the price was more than 50% of. You can also order halfboard or fullboard at a very reasonable price, and the food is good and plenty, even dough it may seem a bit simple. But supper is 3 courses, so nothing to complain about. The rooms was very clean, spacy and comfortable, but they need a minibar (where you can take out the normal stuff, and put your own beer on cool :-) We got a familyroom with lots of space and two rooms. They even have a childrens room, where kids can play with a lot of IKEA stuff, and it's quite okay. (the kids loved it) The service and staff is really friendly, and they will do a lot to help you, but you mustn't expect them to speak english. German will do fine, and english can get you some of the way. So all in all a very good experience, that we would recommend to everybody.
