We arrived at the Salou Park Hotel on Thursday evening around 9.30pm and on Saturday lunch time we were busy trying to buy return flights off the internet! We eventually managed at additional cost, to fly back on Monday (3 day earlier than planned). The hotel is certainly not a four star, it would struggle to make three. The satellite TV consists of World News, CNN news and a load of Spanish stations! There are no facilities to make tea or coffee, you have to hire a fridge and the room walls are so thin you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms. We had a baby crying all night on one side and a guy puking up on the other side. The balconies are so small and overlook neighbouring hotels. The hotel advertises the benefits of 2 pools! One is the size of a bath and the main one little bigger than a puddle! All in all the whole experience of Salou was awful. If you enjoy the lager lout culture with nothing to do other than drink all day and all night then you will like Salou. If you don't, then don't go there!

Our 6th time in Salou at a variety of Hotels. The Salou Park was ideal & we would come back. The Hotel is great & nearly perfect in every way. The food could be better but was ok. In conclusion from what we have seen in Salou this would be one of our favourites but we would like to try The Blaumar as it looks good.
