Grandeur of the past with the comfort of today. After a lovely warm bath with luxurious Lanvin products, you can slip into your thick and fluffy velours bathrobe and slippers.

While enjoying a free drink from your minibar, you can watch your favourite program on the 32 inch flat screen TV. Curled up in your lazy chair, you can keep your home front posted on your pleasant stay through the complimentary wireless internet connection. Your room or suite is fitted with all creature comforts and facilities.

Food and Beverage

After a warm welcome you will start an unforgettable culinary voyage in the Seven Seas restaurant. You will enjoy the French international cuisine, which is inspired by the Mediterranean. The cooking art of the chef and his team will tickle your senses. Beautiful marble, wooden floors and stained glass decorations give you the ideal ambiance. You will hear the sound of animated conversations and enjoy the optimal harmony of elegant dishes created from pure products and specially selected wines. After dinner, simply remain seated and enjoy the wide selection of coffee and tea.

You are welcome for dinner from 18:00 to 23:00. From 10:00 to 01:00 you can have an informal bite in the bar/lounge (open on Friday and Saturday until 02:00).

For special occasions, business dinners and personal moments you have the possibility to dine privately. Each room is unique and all dishes and menus can be prepared entirely according to your wishes. The chef will be happy to prepare dishes for you during a relaxing boat trip on the Amsterdam canals.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant. At your request you can have the breakfast served in your room or suite. Just let the hotel know your wishes the evening before.

During the extensive breakfast you can enjoy different sorts of bread, rolls and croissants, a selection of meat, fish, (exotic) cheese and sweet sandwich fillings. Besides you will have the choice of a wide variation of warm items. Also you can enjoy yoghurt and curd, cornflakes and fresh fruit. Besides coffee, tea and milk, different fresh fruit juices or a delicious glass of Méthode Traditionelle (sparkling wine) are also served.
