Best Western Hotel Metropoli - Genoa, Italy 

I stayed in the Best Western Hotel Metropoli for a week this May. The hotel was very nice and modern. The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful, as were the housekeeping and other staff. The room was a good size with modern decor and a modern washroom. The windows were new so they shut out most of the street noise and the room was very quiet despite being in a bustling area. The breakfast was very good, with a selection of breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits and yogurts. The hotel also had a computer for guests and you could use the internet free for the first 15 minutes of each session. This was quite helpful as we couldn't find any nice looking internet cafes around the hotel. We only had one issue while there. Our window kept getting stuck so we kept having to get staff to open it. They were good at doing it right away though, so it wasn't much of an issue at all. This was a nice hotel and good value and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Genoa.
