Petit Palace Las Torres - Salamanca, Spain 

This hotel failed my first criteria for rating a hotel room...Security. The "lock" on the door to our hotel room looked to have been previously broken (including the wood) and it was patched together poorly. The bottom line is the door/lock provided no security and we were just lucky that no one opened the door while we were away or sleeping. Late one night a drunk hotel guest came rambling through the hall and hit the wall really hard...had he hit the door instead he easily would have ended up in our room. Give people a hotel room that is Secure, Clean, and Somewhat Comfortable and I'll give it 3 stars. If you fail on those basic criteria you shouldnt be in business.

muy bien,situacion perfecta,habitacion confortable,ibamos con dos niñas y estuvimos muy comodos,se agradece el ordenador con conexion a internet,la atencion del personal muy buena,el desayuno muy bueno aunque el zumo de naranja no estaba a la altura. como negativo pondria que el hotel no dispone de parking propio por lo que al ser zona peatonal el desplazamiento desde el parking con maletas y niñas es una aventura,tambien vimos una cucaracha en la habitacion,¿casualidad?
