Nice location for the centre of Hanover for this hotel that is superficially plush but just starting to tire a little bit. The lobby area is quite grand and everything has a feel of class about it but the rooms are fading a little. The room was spacious with good storage and bathroom but the bed was quite basic – not uncomfortable but just creaky and with very thin pillows and duvets. I had breakfast in my room and was very surprised by the on-the-dot punctuality of the staff, all of whom were very good English speakers and very friendly. Not a brilliant hotel but a good one in a good location.
