This hotel is the worse I ever tried! Rooms small, no balcony as promised, and when we left, the owners claimed money for a whole week, even though we we left the same day...Horroble people! DONT DONT DONT GO THERE!

We stayed at Hotel Neuhaus in Saalbach for a week. We are a family of 5 and had a very pleasant stay. The room had two bedrooms, separate wc and bathroom. Walk-inn closet. The children had a great time with childrens meny, large pool and table tennis. Great location, but it can be disturbancies in the night. Great breakfast with a chef that made eggs, omelettes while you were waiting. We paid 373 euro pr night for all 5 incl half pension. WLAN (T-mobile) in the nice bar/lounge. Very nice staff. Excelent hotels for families.
