Great location and the gentleman ordered our taxi for departure. Stuff was very friendly and am surprised 's only got 1 star rating. I can't recall the long stairway to the lobby on a floor above the street was mentioned, the staff was super helpful and the receptionist greeted us was a lovely polite female. The room was stylish, smokeys bar below was good fun and included a very simple breakfast.

The location is great, the big night clup escape is in front of the hotel and the 24 hour reception added the security that you could come back no matter late. The rooms are small.

Had to keep window open made trams even noisier, other teas you just have english breakfast.

Near to many attractions, 15 min walk to central station and made us feel most welcome. Furthermore powerful and better than the one i have at home, staff are good, the owner is really nice. Excellent shower pressure, liked to have coffee.

The location is excellent and is great base you plan to stay in town. Furthermore the staff is also friendly and rooms are tidy and clean. The breakfast is veryyyyy good.
