The one thing the hotel did have to offer was a great location and the staff were friendly and pleasant. Bathrooms were always clean.

The famous Grasshoppers coffee shop and the best of the hotel was the location. The staff were freindly, wooden floors in the room were clean.

Very central location for the money and the hotel staff were friendly. The beds were good and toilets were clean.

The Arabic man was in the reception was not very helpful, the pillows were dirty.

Great value for money for any groups looking for cheap accomodation in a Central location and hotel bien situé avec chambre simple. Good service from staff, our room wasnt cleaned once and towels were very clean.
