Apple Inn Hotel - Amsterdam, Netherlands 

Pleasant stay for really good price!

Me and my boyfriend recently stayed at Apple Inn Hotel for a weekend break. It was a nice stay compared to the money we paid. The hotel is a tourist class hotel centrally located opposite the Vondelpark which is a gorgeous green park, nice for romantic walks;) As Amsterdam is a very small city you can reach all the tourist attractions easily on food. Museumplein with Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum where you can see famous pieces from Rembrant is just a stroll away from the hotel. Leidseplein is a wonderful base for eating and entertainment. Well, The room we booked was a double room clean with adequate facilities. Hotel offers buffet breakfast for 7.50 euro. Cheaper places for eating can be found around Leidseplein. Apple Inn Hotel is a good start point for exploring Amsterdam offering comfortable and affordable accomodation. I recommend it if you are a budget traveller.

hotel loin du centre, et pas si proche des musées et du parc. rue très bruyante. petit déjeuner : 7,50 euros par personne en plus. horaire: 7h30-9h30, mais si on arrive à 9h, on est plutôt mal accueilli, et il ne reste plus grand choix (on a obtenu difficielement une tasse de café). Bref, trop cher pour le service offert !

I found this place quaint and it was interesting to stay and experience this type of architecture. Do not stay here is you have a problem with stairs, they are extremely steep. I asked the not-so-friendly gal at the desk if they had a lift and she said, &quot;It&#39;s only one floor!&quot;. So we made 2 trips dragging our 4 suitcase up to the 2nd floor (they don&#39;t help you). Thank heavens we weren&#39;t on the 3rd floor, because the stairs are like climbing a ladder! Room was narrow; too bad it wasn&#39;t on it&#39;s side because the ceiling must have been 18 feet high! Bathroom floor VERY dirty (ick).<br><br>Amsterdam is expensive, so I shopped for value. Wish I had known the street car passes right in front, which made it convenient to return to the train station. Cab fare was way too much.

We stay for 2 nights. it&#039;s quite reasonable price with its quality, also very near to tram although it takes 20 minute from central station and its surrounding is very good, near to Van goh museum so overall we are very pleasant staying here.
