Quentin Arrive Hotel - Amsterdam, Netherlands     

i booked a room with this hotel and had no confirmation booking email back and no reply to my email that i had booked and when i called them up they said i had not booked. i was left with no other option but to book with another hotel but the quentin arrive hotel took ?60 out of my account for nothing. i have emailed these people and have called them up but i have NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK OF THEM I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THEM TO COURT BECAUSE I AM SICK OF THESE SCAMS. if anyone would like to resolve this they can contact me on my email address at sarahchips@hotmail.co.uk. This was booked last year and i have still not heard anything back from this hotel i was given an email address [--] but received NOTHING BACK.

The day we arrived they had a new member of staff on by herself which we thought was bad enough. But we carried on regardless and went out and had a good time. When we came back and asked for our key the girl had trouble finding it; it was not with the rest of the keys. Meanwhile we were becoming quite hesitant and worried as at the same time a man was being refused a room as apparently his booking had not gone through the system and also 2 other men were lurking about in the background. She eventually finds our key (as well as another) beside the coffee machine after being told by these 2 other men to check there. We get up to our room and our belongings are thrown everywhere and we find some things have been stolen. DO NOT STAY HERE. They have no security and are useless in these circumstances! It totally ruined our experience of Amsterdam and made us feel worse that we had no safe place to keep our stuff. BEWARE! Also, there was a problem with the toilet - it smelt disgusting like mould/sewerage.
