Near to train central station, the red light district is around the next and perhaps better for adults than children as is in a lively noisy area. The hotel is very good for a few days stay, the staff are very freindly and full menu room service -- great value all around. . Read review

Just opposite central station, a 2 minute walk to Dam Square and brilliant view out of the window. The good thing about this hotel is its location, the rooms are lovely.

Location good and easy access to train station. I mentioned that I liked Jazz trumpeter Chet Baker sadly died at the Hotel, within about 3 minutes walk of the Red Light District and the staff are helpful. Room well maintained--good size and the excellent buffet breakfast set me up for the whole day.

Enjoyable areas of Amsterdam, near the central station and the lively parts of town. Great value for money and very friendly staff. Comfortable room, also very handy for late night bars and we enjoyed a really good buffet breakfast.
