Cool can often mean cold, but the hotel is anything but, with warm friendly staff and a relaxing laid-back atmosphere. It has a fabulous breakfast room, with plenty of choice and a refreshing absence of over-attentive staff. We had a good sized room with a balcony overlooking some private gardens. There is no lift, which could be a problem for some people, but other than that, I would certainly recommend it and intend to go back there.. Read review

Good Breakfast , great service, you can check your email free, cleanliness of the hotel V rated as 5 star service and very convenient to the main tourist attraction area by taking 1 TRAM to go to Amsterdam Central which will only take you 10 to 15 minutes.. Read review

The location is great and don't stay here you are looking for anywhere central. Van Woustraat 241 - the staff are wonderful, the soundproofness of the rooms could have been better and the breakfasts are good.

Great location, a fine stay in Amsterdam and clean ikea style rooms. Very responsible staff, big bed and nice confortable mattress. Very good breakfast.

No elevator available and the other smal nothing else for extra towel. Additionally little choice.
