Found our double room with ensuite quite spacious. Bed was really big and comfortable and shower was excellent. The hotel is very accessible and serviced by Trams 5 and 16 but is also within walking distance of centre of Amsterdam. It is very reasonably priced and includes an excellent breakfast.. Read review

It is situated on a quiet residential street. The hotel is finished with high quality fitments and decorated and furnished to a high standard. The rooms are a good size for a european city hotel formerly a house. The proprieters were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with a good selection of everything for a continental breakfast but you could also have eggs and bacon cooked any way required.. Read review

The hotel staff was very nice, although they did not know how to operate the safe in our room so we had to lug everything with us when we went out. The staff (really just one lady) seemed overworked although she was very pleasant. The tram stops about three blocks from the hotel and leaves you in the...... Read entire review
Arrived on a hot Sunday evening, had to wait while the lovely cleaner let me in and showed me to my single room at the front of the property. The place is certainly spic and span, clean and tidy, with a stylish breakfast room. Absolutely the smallest room I've ever been given, a corridor with a bed....... Read entire review
Lovely hotel, close to the museums, in a quiet, safe quarter. Trams 16 and 24, very close by, goes to central station, through the city center in about 10 min. The staff are friendly and very helpfull. Nice buffet breakfast, seems we are having breakfast at home.... Read entire review
Tram # 5 was just 23 blocks away and I could get downtown in a matter of 20 minutes. Cab fares are ridiculously expensive in Amsterdam. We were able to take a "stoptrein" from Schipol to Amsterdam Zuid railway station (15 minute ride), then we got off, bought a GVB Tram ticket, hopped on a #5 train headed...... Read entire review
Our double room was small but had all the essentials and was neat and well arranged, with a balcony. Don't hesitate to use the lift - some of the steps on the staircase are quite narrow, especially when you are carrying heavy bags.... Read entire review
It's a little out of the way in Amsterdam, but because the city is so walkable, it turned out to be a great location, just a few blocks from the Museumplein (with VanGogh and Rijksmuseums) and in the other direction, a few blocks from the DePijp neighborhood, with its large number of great, affordable......
