NH Caransa - Amsterdam, Netherlands

This is the 2nd time me adn my partner have stayed at NH Caransa, in 2005 and last week. We had a great time, The rooms have been renevated to a high standard. Would recommend, excellent service! x

We didnt like anything.<br>First, dont pay for the breakfast cause you wont find any breakfast, only coffee,cereals and cheese.Save some cheese for the mouse at the left end of the breakfast room, under the central heatting!<br>The housekeeping team if doesnt cleans your room, it doesnt get paid.So even if you put a &quot;do not desturb&quot; message on the door, still they get in!<br>The worst thing, is the noise.Our room was two meters from the door of a night club&#39;s smoking area.Imagine twenty people outside smoking and shoutting untill 4 o&#39;clock in the morning!And they keep the door open in case you also want to hear the music.<br>For information about a museum or anything else dont ask the receptionists.They have never been to amsterdam!Maybe not all of them, because every night there is a different person.

It was a very well located hotel and the room was nice as well.. We were debating between Park and NH. I am glad we chose NH. Though Park is located just opposite the train station, but the area was extremely noisy and unpleasant.
