Booked a room, through a good rep website, had booking confirmed. Turned up well before check in time cut off (22.30) turned up at 21.15 that night and no one, answered the five bells I rang on so many times I stopped counting. Rang the number, several times no reply. In the end had to go else where miles out of town as town full. Then called in the morning and got abused for not turning up, by the manager, then got another call from the owner, obviously to say sorry, but no also to abuse me and expect payment!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE it?? All I can say is avoid, and they are in the wrong business!!! If the owner reads, please send please send yourself on a customer service course and fire your manager for not working her hours.

If you like surly service and dubious bathroom cleanliness, coupled with a lack of local knowledge and the feeling that you as a guest are causing the owners an inconvenience, then this is the place for you. Oh and if you reply 'full cooked' when asked would you like a continental or full cooked breakfast, you will be slapped with an extra five pound charge per person when you leave, even though this isn't made clear by the owner or on the web site.
