I had a week there in June with my 4 year old daughter and husband. The first night was a nightmare when we arrived at the hotel and after that got used to the hotel and started liking the hotel after a few days. The first night the room felt stuffy, the mosquitos gave us a hard time. The room did not have a window with wires so if you wanted to open the window the room would be full with mosquitos . I thought I could find a mosquito repellent In Hammameth shops, but they had a cream which was not suitable for kids. The first two nights we put it on my daughters hands and face but then she rubbed her eyes and she was crying in the middle of the night and had to wash it off and then ended up with 12 bites on her face...The bathroom was in bad condition, it was not clean enough. You could not sit on the closet because the closet lid would fall down and did not bother with asking the reception desk to have it fixed or to change the room because we were considered lucky to have the room we were staying because of its proximity to the pool and to the reception. Another strange thing was that they closed the pool for three days because they cleaned the pool but let us use another hotels pool which was less nice. They could have cleaned the pool in less busy months I guess. I liked the beach so the pool being closed did not bother me a great deal. The beach was not very crowded which felt really good . The pool in the main are was pretty good with the tress around it which provided some shade. The garden was nice with beautiful flowers. The cleaning lady for the rooms did a good job for the first four days and then I guess she was expecting a tip and the fifth day she did not clean well to give us a clue and after we tipped she did a good job again ..The breakfast in the hotel was really bad but dinner was pretty good.. They are good with meat dishes which seemed usual in Tunusia. Full board does not make sense because there are other places you can go in the area . Overall it is good for the value of money.
