From the moment we talked to the receptionist through the intercom while trying to enter the carpark we knew this hotel would be good.The receptionist came down to the underground carpark to greet us and assist with the luggage. She gave us a quick tour of the hotel before leading us to our room which had a great view of the mountains.The bedroom itself was beautiful with lovely furnishings and wood panelling on the walls and ceiling. The pool and leisure area were small but adequate although the pool was a little cold.
Throughout our stay the staff were exceptionally helpful and as the hotel does not have a restaurant they recommended great places to dine.
This is a lovely hotel very well situated in the centre of the town with the friendliest staff we met on our recent Alpine tour.
