Good location but need some cleaning

I've stayed here for 3 nights. The location was great: (1) it's near the bus station, (2) china town and petaling street is just a few blocks away (I walked through the bus station and took the back exit), (3) the LRT line to major attractions (pasar seni station) is within 15-20 min walks (I took the petaling street direction), and (4) there're a lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok with a few choices of food (e.g. sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, portridge, and one more dish) and drinks (e.g. coffee, tea, juice, and water). There're also two computer stations for internet browsing and wireless signals in the cafe. However, the bedding sheets was a little bit dirty. My first impression toward the bathroom wasn't that great but acceptable. With the price I paid plus the location itself, I might consider staying here again for my next visit though.
