Luxury apartment far from the centre

Duta Vista Suites was very spacious (we had 3 bedrooms for 2 people) with a very good offer. We had our own balcony, fully equipped kitchen and easy access to the pool where there were some African penquins. The apartment was clean though would have needed a bit renovation. The location was bad as there were practically anything there, we needed to take a cab averytime to get anywhere. The staff was very friendly. If you just want to get a spacious place for sleeping, this would be a good option.

A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

My experience of this accommodation is most terrible. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment indicating check-in at about 1pm. I lost my way a little and ended reaching at about 3.30pm. When I check-in, the assigned apartment is still not ready!!! My understanding was that another apartment was then given to me after a 20 minutes delay. Signages to rooms direction are non existant and I needed to go around the property just so to look for it. I managed to find it and when I go in, the place was shabby without soap in the dispenser in the master bedroom, 2 lights were spoilt and there is a mushy smell. We requested for a change of room and after 30 minutes, our request was granted and we moved to a new 2 bedroom apartment. Every works well in this new accommodation with the exception that we saw 4 cockroaches and countless ants in the room. I had asked for directions to the Putra Indoor Stadaim as I am attending a concert there. The staff just asked among themselves (3 of them) and informed me that they do not know how to go. There are no further efforts made to check out this information. Apparently they weren't too interested in trying to find out information for their guests. Lastly, when I booked, it was indicated that complimentary breakfast is part of the package. However, when we were assigned the room, we were informed that the restaurant will not be opening the next morning. Instead they will serve nasi lemak to us. In the morning, we found that it is those common packet nasi lemak bought from market. We were hugely disappointed. I shall not recommend this place at all.
